We want you to feel confident and supported in your learning journey with Enviro Courses. Our courses are designed to deliver real value but because they are digital products, we have a few guidelines around cancellations and refunds.

Digital Course Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital courses and downloadable materials, we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

We encourage you to read through the course descriptions and FAQs before enrolling. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out as we’re happy to help you decide if the course is right for you.

Beta Course Exception

If you're enrolled in a Beta course, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the first two modules and feel the course isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a full refund with no hard feelings.
